I am thrilled to announce the launch of my new column - How We Cook Now - with "Edible Delmarva," a culinary magazine "celebrating the abundance of Delaware and the Eastern Shores of Maryland and Virginia."
In the column, I, a novice home cook with a tiny kitchen, interview the author of a new cookbook, try a few recipes and celebrate (we hope) the results. I also share what I have learned so it is easier for the next person to try.
