During the last two decades I’ve written nearly every category of collateral from brochures and sales kits to annual reports and awards programs, as well as numerous websites. While these elements were on many different topics, what they all have in common is they were anchored in the culture of the organization that commissioned them, reflecting mission, vision and values in a voice and tone as individual as they are.
