Peninsula Home Care had a bit of a David & Goliath problem in 2008. Small, local and well thought of by the medical community, the company was under pressure from a much larger competitor (with much deeper marketing pockets) entering the region. Our goal was to help PHC stand mighty, reaching their target audiences – retirees and their adult children – by turning the tables and focusing on their local presence for 25 years. A full marketing campaign included a new jingle; TV, print and radio ads; testimonials from patients and practitioners; a new suite of collateral materials, employee events, and business community open houses. A new website was developed as a one-stop resource for patients, caregivers and physicians. During subsequent years we’ve developed a dozen television commercials, launched and maintained a social media presence in addition to a highly successful public relations program. In 2015, we will be pleased to help Peninsula Home Care celebrate its 30th anniversary as it continues to grow, reaching into new markets with new and exciting products.
