About Us

Robbie Raffish

When we give presentations we like to start by telling people that a.s.a.p.r. is the largest integrated marketing firm on the Maryland Eastern Shore … Not hard, as we are the only integrated marketing firm based here.

It always gets a laugh. But, then people wonder … how did we get here?

Launched in the Philadelphia suburbs in 1996 by industry veteran Robbie Tarpley Raffish, a.s.a.p.r. is a full-service firm that works with small start-ups, Fortune 500s and companies of all sizes in between. In 2001, when the firm relocated to Salisbury, Maryland (“The Hub of the Eastern Shore”) frankly, not one account really noticed.

“How can that be?” is usually the next question.

Well, our attention to client services is zealous and our platform is rare: our team is a blend of staff and independent contractors. When a client hires us, it is because we have assembled a team specifically for their needs. It’s not about who is sitting around the office waiting for work (and yes, we do have an office), but about bringing the specific talents needed to bear on a Client’s challenges and needs.

Nearly everyone who works in the a.s.a.p.r. Creative Suite (what we call our associates) brings a dozen years or more relevant experience to each Client’s business. Some team members work from their own offices while others work from their assigned Client’s location. This keeps our teams focused on the work at hand with the added benefit of keeping overhead low. (We said we had an office … we didn’t say it was large …)

Today our firm serves a cross section of clients across the US, from little Salisbury to some more recognizable places, including Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Durango, Los Angeles …

We hope you will take a trip through this website and learn more about what we do and how we do it. Then please, if you’d like to learn more, give us a call. We can help you create a memorable and motivating integrated marketing program that can make a difference to your business.

Let us show you the benefits of “big city thinking … small town service.”

We look forward to speaking with you.
